"Successful companies gain their competitive advantage through the rigorous adoption and implementation of Best Practices".

Unlike many other advisory companies, we do not restrict our activities in China to the joint venture approval process. We are well acquainted with the problems that companies will have to face to get their new project off the ground and we offer advice, assistance and solutions that are appropriate for China, from the initial setting of objectives through to operational issues and beyond.

We follow a rigorous procedure at the end of each assignment in which we review what has been achieved, what went well and what did not go so well and record what changes we would make to our approach the next time. Each assignment has taught us new lessons and in today's rapidly evolving business environment in China we are still learning and applying new ideas to business problems.

As a learning organisation, it is our objective to share our knowledge with our clients, to enable them to benefit from our experience, thus avoiding having to go down their own learning curve. We have adopted a "Best Practices" approach which incorporates those practices which we consider will give your project the best chance of success. We have therefore developed a "Best Practices Toolkit" comprising extensive checklists, case studies, workshops and model documentation. The adoption of a "Best Practice" approach can be clearly shown, not only significantly to reduce the risk of failure, but also to increase profitability up to fifty percent higher than the average.
