General:
If an ordered item is not
in stock, you will be informed as soon as
possible.
We will strive to complete you order as soon as stock
becomes available.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 3 weeks due
to supply difficulties, we will contact you and take your

All goods will be dispatched once funds have

Carraige:
We always try to dispatch
within 24 Hours of receiving payment.
Carrier is subject to our choice.

the goods.
Shippingcosts:
Inland UK: We will
provide a shiiping qoute for your individual order.
Outside Mainland UK: We will provide you with a shiiping
qoute for your individual order.

international orders, please send e-mail first.
Warranty:
All kites are
pre-inspected before stocking.
As all kites are checked
before dispatch, there is no warranty on
kites.
Our kites are built to last long due to the materials.
If you think a kite has got a design or production fault,
you can send it back for examination, if so it will be
replaced.
Returning
goods:
Returned parcels will
only be accepted if post-paid fully.
Please e-mail us FIRST first for your returns number, to
return goods.
