June 1998	Won the 'Christine & Hermann Bondi Prize for Best Second Year Mathematician at Churchill College'

July - September 1999	Graphic Packaging Corporation, Garden Grove, California. (Part of BUNAC exchange) Worked with the Customer Service team preparing orders and collating associated samples and data.
Summer 1997	Skandia Life, PEPs Department Worked in a small team, keeping track of the client information within the Southampton office.
Sep 1993	Ford UK, Manufacturing Engineering Department, Swaythling Work experience. Gained a basic knowledge of the office and their CAD (Computer Aided Design) program.

Programming knowledge of Delphi including working with databases, SQL searching and component and object creation.
Produced my own website (freespace.virgin.net/roger.stonham) including the use of style sheets and Macromedia Flash movies.
Programmed in Borland Pascal and produced reports for the computer projects section of my course. These projects included mathematical modelling and applying computational methods to mathematical theory.
Good knowledge of Word Processing (Word), Spreadsheets (Excel), Graphics (Corel Draw, Paint Shop Pro), Windows 95/98 and Internet.

Represented Cambridge in Archery and became involved in the Fencing society during my last year.
Acted as Treasurer for a society to promote Japanese Animé and Manga for two years.
Studied Japanese at Cambridge for two terms and intend to continue studying Japanese.
Becoming involved in photography.
Participated in the STIMULUS scheme for a term where University students of mathematics, sciences and computing courses can go into Secondary or lower school and help the teacher for one lesson a week.
