Dear Sir/Madam,
My long term ambition is to develop a career within a respected
organisation. Working for you would be an excellent opportunity to gain some
valuable experience within the industry. With a degree in French plus relevant
work experience I believe I could make an immediate contribution to your
organisation.
I have been deeply involved with the making and marketing of Telecoms,
Multimedia and Broadcasting conferences. The rest of my background is outlined
in the enclosed CV.
I was employed as a Conference Producer/Researcher in the Telecommunications
and IT department at IBC Global Conferences, where I gained experience in
producing events, developing contacts, marketing, sales, sponsorship, research,
database and computers whilst dealing with customers. My hard working attitude
towards my job has gained me recognition both in my department and from others
in the company worldwide. I can show you on demand (or in person at an
interview) some brochures of the conferences I produced like Corporate
Internet, Intranet and Extranet, Internet Telephony, ATM in Broadband Networks,
Voice, Data and Video Convergence, Wireless Intelligent Networks, Unified
Messaging Services, etc.
I am a keen worker, easily adaptable and quick to learn. I can work fluently in French and English. I am very
familiar with MS Office 2000 and marketing software. I possess a portable
computer and a Pocket PC with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet promoting
tools, etc.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future,
Yours truly,
Roland Michel Tremblay
