The aim of the Youth Section is to provide the opportunity of playing cricket to youngsters of all ages and of all abilities. Youth sides play in the Warwickshire and West Midlands leagues at Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 16 and Under 17 age levels.
In recent years the youth sides have experienced considerable success (see the Review 1999-2003) and some members of the section have played representative cricket at both national, county and district level. Members of the Youth Section are actively encouraged to play for the club's senior teams but of equal importance is that many youngsters have been introduced to the enjoyment of playing cricket and that the club puts a considerable focus on providing quality coaching to invest in its future.
