All products sold by us carry a 30 Day warranty. Products that fail within this 30 Day period will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Scooters Direct. Fair wear & tear and operation of products in a way contrary to their intended use is considered abuse and not covered by warranty.

If warranty repair requires only the replacement of a user serviceable part and the customer is comfortable with replacing the part themselves Scooters Direct will ship the part to the customer.

If warranty repairs require more than simple part replacement the item must be returned to Scooters Direct for warranty repair. It is the customers responsibility to return the item , however Scooters Direct will pay for return shipping to the customer upon completion of the warranty repair.
