The club meets most Tuesday and Thursday nights at 17:30 and Saturday and Sunday Mornings at 09:00, throughout the year. Beginner sessions are normally available on Saturday mornings, dependant upon weather.

Training varies from organised coaching and training with regular time trials to informal paddles depending upon time of year, level of ability and objectives of individuals.

The club has the services of a professional Sports Scientist , along with the advice and support of existing members with many years experience of flatwater racing and training.

The club also has a small fleet of K1's, K2's and a K4 for use by members.
