Fastnet Qualification:-
Sailing - at least Skipper + 50% of crew to sail 300 miles in RORC offshore racing in 13 months prior to Fastnet
First Aid at least 2 people qualified
Liferafts at least 50% of crew to receive training or instruction.
Training to have taken place after January 1997.
Certificates for First Aid and Liferafts to be lodged with RORC by Friday 4th July.
