Summary: Willow is betrayed.
Spoilers: Codex II: The Gate.

Willow sat on a hill in deep mediation. Below her was the burning camp. She was fighting a battle inside herself. Her human side was in conflict with her animalistic side.

"What a waste," a woman spoke from behind her.

"Marie?" Willow turned. An arrow threw into her arm. The redhead painfully stood braking the shaft off.

"So you're the betrayer," the redhead stated.

"Took you long enough," the woman laughed.

"Not really I've known for sometime. So since the arrow is coated in a drug."

"So you can tell. I'm impressed." Marie smiled. "Take her." Eight men appeared from behind her.

Willow tried to fight them off. They easily disarmed her. They roughly tied her arms behind her back and her legs together.

"Don't worry. I'll look after the other with my sword. They'll be slaves again." Marie taunted Willow. The men lifted and threw her onto a cart. Everything went black.

The sound of birds and the rocking of the cart brought the redhead round. Her vision was cloudy. She felt drops of rain on her face.

"Another day to go," the man driving the cart sighed. He was drunk.

Willow tried to move, the robes were too well knotted.

She elongated a claw and began to slowly and silently cut though the rope's fibres.

"Hey, what are we going to do with the girlie? The man asked Marie who was on horse back.

"She dies."
