Magical FREE Christmas theatre for all ages
The London Nativity

Award-winning director Phil Willmott revives his boisterous modern-dress reworking of the medieval Nativity plays, to celebrate Christmas in the Scoop at More London. Conceived to engage audiences of all beliefs and all ages, this is a timeless story of ordinary people confronting great good and evil to emerge triumphant.

The Scoop at More London amphitheatre has now firmly established itself as a major London venue. Since 2003 The Steam Industry have used it for critically acclaimed productions, most recently The Caucasian Chalk Circle and Cyclops! last summer.

For Christmas 2006 the company return to re-stage a unique open-air event - a pacey, thought-provoking, hilarious and moving modern-dress stageing of the beautiful medieval Nativity plays - presented with their trademark blend of wit, drama, comedy, puppetry and live music, in keeping with the lively and accessible style in which these pieces were first performed.

Winners of the 2006 Peter Brok Award for innovation and entertaining theatre.

There is no need to book, simply turn up at The Scoop.
