How to Order

Terms and Conditions

Placing an order

Please contact us initially either by telephone or by email, if you contact us by email be sure to leave your contact telephone number so that we can contact you.

We offer a purely bespoke service where everything is made specifically to order so we will contact you in order to discuss your requirements.

Once we have discussed your requirements, time scales and prices, should you choose to go ahead, we will complete an order form and email this to you, you will then need to check the details of this order and confirm you are happy with these details and make payment to confirm your order.

If you would like to order a non-bespoke tiara, then please contact us by email with the details of your requirements.

Payment

When placing your official order (further to the section above), we will confirm details of your order by email to you quoting an order number, In order to confirm you are happy for us to go ahead with the order as stated in the email you can then either pay by PAYPAL (we will give our paypal details on your order) or you can send a cheque to us, you will need to print a copy of the order form we email to you and send it to us with full payment.

Full payment is required before goods will be sent to you.

Once we receive this we will make your items and will usually send them to you within 4-6 weeks or sooner depending on your required date.

Non-bespoke tiaras will usually be despatched to you within 2 weeks, or sooner dependant on our stock levels.

**We will soon be able to take payment by credit cards over the telephone, and will be adding PAYPAL payments directly to our site**

Refunds

As items are bespoke one off items made solely for you we are unable to offer refunds, however in the unlikely event that an item should be faulty we would repair or replace it for you free of charge.

Non-bespoke tiaras are also non refundable, but would be replaced in the unlikely event that they should be faulty.

In the unlikely event that an item should be faulty you must advise by email within 48 hours of delivery.

Postage and Packing

All prices quoted to you include postage and package to UK addresses. (For prices outside the UK, please contact us for details) Goods are despatched first class recorded delivery and will require a signature on delivery. If you require a different postal service, please let us know.
