Community Room
The Centre is fully equipped for all sorts of uses and is ideal for Courses, Meetings, Talks and a variety of other social events. It is readily accessible for disabled users and is supplemented by the now popular Caffi located on the ground floor of the building which can cater for all types of functions.
The Community Centre can easily accommodate 60 people seated at a time.
Booking the Community Room
The Community Room can be booked on an hourly, session or daily basis by, local groups & clubs, educational groups, other groups/organisations and individuals.
The charges for room use are as follows ;
- Events or private parties organised by members of the Abergwyngregyn Community - £7.50 per session (see below);
- Educational use - courses, classes, etc. - £15.00 per session (see below);
- Hire by companies, statutory bodies or for any commercial or profit-making business or event - £20.00 per hour or £200.00 per day.
A session refers to all or part of a morning, afternoon or evening. For example, the charge for an all-day course running from 9.30 to 5.30 would be 2 x £15 = £30.00.
