Having contacted Sam Rollo to confirm availability, please print out and complete the form below.  Send to Junglee fun with £25 deposit cheque.

Terms & conditions of booking

1. Each additional half hour at Junglee Fun is £15
2. We request that you vacate Junglee Fun no longer than 15 minutes after the end of party
3. In addition to the facilities for hire, we supply for your use: Plastic beakers & side plates, cake cutting service & knife, matches, & use of CD or Cassette player.
4. A Non re-fundable deposit of £25 is payable on booking to secure the date.  If the deposit is not paid the date will be made available to others.
5. If a party is cancelled within 14 days of the date of the party, the full cost of the party must be paid.
6. We insist on a ratio of at least 1 adult to every 5 children attending the party and a maximum of 25 children.
