2006 COTSWOLD RELAY - Start and Finish Points and Parking Arrangements

CHIPPING CAMDEN	1	GOOD	In front of the St James’ church, Chipping Campden	Ample on roads in near church and in the town.
STANWAY	2	OK	At the entrance to Stanway House about 400m north of B4077	Ample on hardstanding and lane in front of Stanway House.
CLUB HOUSE, CLEEVE COMMON	3	-ISH	Between road signs on track near Golf Club House off B4632	Old quarry on edge of Cleeve Common. Park tightly. DO NOT use the Golf Club Car Park. Additional parking can be found on the road in the village just before Stockwell Lane (using the footpath up to the Common)
SEVEN SPRINGS, A435/A436	4	SUPERB	FINISH STAGE 3 – Inside corner of field on the NE side of A435 START STAGE 4 - On the track on the north west side of A435	Use the HUGE Lay-by just East of the junction on the A436. This is a very busy junction. Please do not park on the tracks immediately around the junction.
ROYAL WILLIAM, CRANHAM CORNER	5	MOVE ON QUICKLY	The Royal William Car Park. Please favour the publican by stopping for lunch or a drink here ! Phone 01452 813650 to reserve if necessary. Open 11am, lunches from 11:30am	Parking in Royal William car park. Unless you are using the pub for drinks or lunch, please clear the pub car park by 12:30pm. Do not leave cars here for later collection – use Painswick or other public Car Parks.
SOUTH of EBLEY MILL STROUD	6	PRETTY GOOD	FINISH STAGE 5 – Gate under blue-brick underpass by the A419 START STAGE 6 - In field by the traffic lights on the A419 near Ebley Mill, 250m from Sainsburys roundabout.	Sainsbury’s ‘Additional Parking’ Car Park by the A419 / B4066 roundabout. DO NOT USE Ebley Mill Parking. Walk 250 metres West along A419 to the traffic lights and the new path into the field.
HILL ROAD, DURSLEY	7	-ISH	In the Car Park on the left side of Hill Road, Dursley near the Old Spot Inn. Same place as the start of the Dursley Dozen MT Race.	Some parking in Hill Road and in car park. Look for other Car Parks in Dursley.
VALLEY ROAD, WOTTON-u-EDGE	8	MOVE ON	FINISH STAGE 7 - In side road opposite St Mary’s Church. START STAGE 8 - At the top of Valley Road, Wotton-Under-Edge	Roadside parking near start and car parks in town.
DOG INN, OLD SODBURY	9	OK	FINISH STAGE 8 - Bottom of Cotswold Lane, Old Sodbury START STAGE 9 - Top of Chapel Lane next to Dog Inn	Park with care in Chapel Lane near the Dog Inn.
GREENWAY LANE, COLD ASHTON	10		FINISH STAGE 9 – Through Cold Ashton to the sharp right turn where the side-road runs straight ahead down to the A46 START STAGE 10 - Top of Greenway Lane off A46	VERY LIMITED – please do not linger here. Vehicles must not park on A420 and A46. Vehicles should park in Cold Ashton; also there is a small car park next to the White Hart off A420
BATH ABBEY			Bath Abbey Churchyard, in front of the pillars.	On street parking is allowed in the centre of Bath after 6:00PM
BATH RUGBY CLUB	19^th Hole		Drinks and Prizes in the Bath Rugby Club – directions from finish marshals. Prizes and results at 19:45.
