"Me and My Friend" by Gillian Plowman ran during the latter part of 1996 at the Canal Cafe, Camden, North London and starred Liam Calgie, Daniel Brennan, Babs Millington and Michelle Watson. The three-act play centred around Bunny, Oz, Julia and Robin, four patients recently released into sheltered accommodation as their first step back into the real world and the implications of patient self-care after institutionalisation.
