Old Barns Farmhouse is a beautiful grade II listed building situated on the outskirts of the small village of Warkworth with fantastic views of the North sea and Coquet Island. The original stone built dwelling was constructed in approximately 1802 with the addition of the servants quarters some one hundred years later. The property is set in half an acre of land and possesses the charm and tranquillity of the countryside.

Until 1989 the property was a working farmhouse rented along with adjoining land from the Duke of Northumberland. Since that time the house has been in private ownership.

Old Barns Farmhouse has had the original servants quarters (left) converted into a self contained self catering holiday cottage under the guidance of the English Tourism Council. We have a commitment to high standards and hope you enjoy your holiday.
