MAGNATRON
Written by Marie du Santiago, Pete Gofton
Sung by Lauren Laverne

When the day breaks and you’re still sickened,
From the last night when you were drinking.
Sleep it off,
And get your,
Mom to ring the lads at work and tell them that you’re stopping off.

When the night comes and you’re skins all itchy,
So you eat toast in your best friend's kitchen,
Its alright, we’ll be alright,
You know we’re always here we're better than we’ve ever been.

She likes kissing tigers that big faces growl,
We’re all gonna kill it doesn’t get her down.
They thought she charmed the gypsies with her flashy smile,
She’ll be alright but its a long way down,
A long way down.

Had an eyeful,
I can feel it rising,
Too familiar with the bathroom basin,
Sleep it off.
You mean to go and ring the lads at work and tell them that you're stopping off.

She likes kissing tigers that big faces growl,
We’re all gonna kill it doesn’t get her down.
Thought she charmed the gypsies with her flashy smile,
She’ll be alright but its a long way down,
A long way down.

I’d like a barracuda to go with my flamingo,
She has got a heron and a little dingo.
It eats up all the babies in her neighbourhood,
But it wouldn’t have to do it if she brought a lot of food.

She likes kissing tigers that big faces growl,
We’re all gonna kill it doesn’t get her down.
Thought she charmed the gypsies with her flashy smile,
She’ll be alright but its a long way down,
A long way down.
