Seawater sound speed calculator

 
This calculator determines the speed of sound in seawater for a given temperature, pressure and salinity. It uses the empirical formula developed by Chen and Millero (C. T. Chen and F. J. Millero, 1977, Speed of sound in seawater at high pressures. J. Acoust. Soc. Am., 62 (5) , 1129-1135.)
