Property Sourcing
Southampton Student Lettings provide a complete service to advise, source and negotiate the purchase of student investment
property for investors and parent buyers.
A widely held perception of student tenants is one of rowdiness, lack of hygiene and a lack of respect for other people’s
property. As a company who have been involved in student letting for the past 25 years we have found this to be a totally
unfair stereotype. Purchased, set up and managed correctly, student housing can be one of the most lucrative and rewarding
forms of lettings.
Student properties are a very attractive form of investment. They appeal to two main types of clients, property investors
and parents wishing to buy property for their children whilst at University. We will use our contacts and extensive
knowledge of the Southampton student market to assist you in finding the right property for your requirements.
What do we do
We have been advising potential investors in all aspects of purchasing, renovating and managing properties for over 25
years and offer the following services:-

The market is there, approximately 43% of all 18 – 30 year olds in the UK now go onto Higher Education and
the Government want to see this rise to 50% by 2010. At best Universities can accommodate it’s first year students in
