There's precious little anywhere on the net specifically on the Wars of the Roses. There are loads of PBEM games of other kinds, check out any good search engine or directory for this.
Grognards is a UK centred listing of play-by-mail/e-mail games of all kinds as does Chris Wilson's Wargames and Military Search engine at, http://www.britwar.co.uk/search/.
Greg Lindahl has a more international listing of games.

Matthew Ingalls has a page on the Wars of the Roses, superb for both content and production despite still being under construction. He's recently completed his history of the entire period.
