considering hypnotherapy for the first time you may be slightly
apprehensive, not knowing what to expect.
The
information given here is intended to ally any fears you may have, for

Hypnotherapy is a therapy using hypnosis not only to alleviate symptoms
but often to uncover the cause of the problem which can be corrected thus
ensuring a complete and permanent cure.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation during which your subconscious
becomes more susceptible to suggestion. Almost without exception, after
hypnosis you can wake feeling totally relaxed, peaceful, content and
confident.
You will have renewed energy you will also find it much easier to cope
with the frustrations of daily living. Taking it a step further it can be
used to assist in letting go of old habits, stresses and fears, and
replacing them with new desired ways of living, increasing self confidence
and feelings of well being.
