I'm afraid that we cannot inform you as to which countries will issue certification prior to 28th February.

The position as of 18 Jan is as follows:

All qualifying countries have agreed to produce certificates with the exception of Andorra, Australia, Iceland, Monaco, San Marino and the Vatican.

We have received draft certificates from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.

We have agreed certification with Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Leichtenstein, Luxembourg and New Zealand.

We have commented on the draft certificates received and it is possible that the countries concerned may print and issue certificates without sending us a final version.

What we do not know is how long it will take the countries concerned to print these certificates and then distribute to their vets.
