Judicial Review Update 22/11/98

We have been advised informally by the Listings Clerk that we should have a date for the Court Case within the next three weeks BUT be aware that we have been let down in the past!

THE Government has been summoned to the High Court to answer charges that it violated European Union law by refusing to let a Swedish cat travel with its owner to Britain.
