Hockey Stixs Test 1

DESCRIPTION:

This is one of the original Hockey Stixs awards tests sold by the HA and the AEWHA.

Beating a Player to the Right & Passing to a Target

· On the whistle, the player dribbles the ball around the left hand cone, then dribble to the right of the stick/barrier to simulate beating a player to the right.

· Then the player must propel the ball at the target cones 15 metres away.

· If the ball passes through the centre 1 metre target, player scores 2 points.

· If the ball passes through one of the 2 metre targets on either side of the central target 1 point is scored.

· After making each pass the player must return to the start line and collect another ball and repeat the entire practice

· Total Time: 1 minute only
