Hockey today is all about youth and with 2012 , getting ready for the Olympics in London.

For clubs to grow they need a youth section. But how can they organise the time available to teach the appropriate skills for the age groups? How do they liaise with the schools in their areas? How can they work effectively with the new County set-ups of Development Centres and Academies? And what about Club First?

For schools, how do teachers put together an effective programme to enable their pupils to gain the basic skills? How can schools use the the new county set-ups of Development Centres and Academies?

For local government sports officer how do you organise schemes within your area that make effective use of the resource in terms of clubs and independent coaches who are based in your area?.

Simon Holloway has been a club youth leader and a county coach in Hertfordshire for the last 20 years. Based on this experience Holloway Hockey provide:
