Utilty MenuThis screen, which is password
protected, allows the operator to change a variety of settings:
- The default setting turns monitoring off when the load falls below 5
MW.
- These settings affect the alarm bands - see the F8 pop-up screen.
- Archive data may be backed-up to disc as plain text files.
- Allows the selection of an alternative search coil for generators with
more than one airgap coil.
- Archive files may need to be cleared when
a new rotor is installed, for example.
- The most recently collected
waveform may be copied to disc as a plain text files of integer numbers,
with time/data stamp.
- Archive data may be sent directly to a
connected printer.
- Similar to a PIN number
- The default setting is 'ON'. This item refers to
the treatment of shorted turn indications for coils which are not
'in-zone'.
