I inserted a ‘row above’ (Table > Insert) then selected the three cells and ‘merged’ them to make a title box. Now I’ve inserted a WordArt title…

This text is typed into a cell, keeping it together on the page.

I gave the page a web title by going into File > Properties > Summary – and typing in a title. This will appear at the top of the page in your browser.

 

To put ALT text on a picture, right-click it > Format Picture > Web > Type in text. This text will appear when you hover over the picture in your browser.

Which gives me even more flexibility in design
