Welcome To The Virtual Site Of

Spelthorne Farm

A Project For Handicapped

Children And Adults.

The farm is located at Bath Road, Longford Village, Hillingdon, Middlesex, UB7-0EF where it was moved to in 1998, from it's previous address in Burrows Hill Close on Heathrow Airport.

The farm is set up to provide facilities for groups of handicapped people, of all ages and most disabilities, to get hands-on experience with farm animals and horse riding.

It is run as a charity to enable people with various disabilities to enjoy the therapeutic effects of working with animals and agriculture. They can also experience horse riding on one of the farm's four horses and make contact with the many farm and domestic animals on the premises.

All Our Animals Large And Small

Can You Help?

Even In A Small Way?

Spelthorne Farm is a small local charity serving Spelthorne, Surrey and the surrounding area. Groups of children and adults, mainly from special schools and local authority centres are able to attend the centre where they can learn and develop valuable skills and experience.

Do You Belong To A Group Who Could Use Our Facilities? Contact us on 01753-680330 or on e-mail (see below)for details.

Horse riding is a main feature of the centre and many clients feel a real thrill at having met the challenge of assisted horse riding. The centre is a very active member of the Riding For The Disabled scheme.

This site is still under construction. More information and photographs will be available later.
