ThePractical Business Solutions Network offers a free Email Helpdesk to all businesses who register for advice.
The service is free and available to all via theHelpdesk Form found on the next page of this web site.
If you are a first time user you will need to register with us at the same time as you give us your first question. In reply along with the answer to your question we will give you a unique reference number which you can quote on all subsequent questions so avoiding the need to repeat certain information again.
Upon receipt of your question we will:
Deal with Helpdesk questions in the order that they are received.
We will not charge for Helpdesk advice unless pre-agreed with the client.
We will treat all client information in the strictest confidence.
At all times we will ensure that we are competent to answer the question asked, if we are not we will tell you and attempt to suggest where you can go to obtain more qualified advice.
Whilst we endeavor to answer Helpdesk questions free of charge please appreciate a free service can only be provided when demands are reasonable. If a significant amount of effort is required in order to arrive at an answer the client will be informed so that any potential fees can be agreed in advance.
We do not guarantee that we will be able to answer your questions.
