St. Chad's Choir Choirmaster: Richard Wilson email from here Since it's earliest beginnings St. Chad's has maintained a strong choral tradition. It sings for two services regularly every Sunday from a wide repertoire of choral anthems and service settings. Most of the choristers develop other musical talents, and play a wide variety of instruments to a high standard, augmenting the church's Music Group on non-choral occasions. There is no doubt that their choral skills help them enormously in their instrumental studies. Find out more about church music on these websites: The Anglican Church Music website

Terrific Trebles Mothering Sunday was made even more special by the new ‘Terrific Trebles' wearing their new cassocks and ruffs for the first time and performing Simon Lindley's ‘Matthew, Mark, Luke and John' on their own. The 9 trebles meet every Wednesday at 4.15pm in church to practice with Richard Wilson and others. They are becoming more and more confident and learning to sing in Latin as well as English. Any new members are always welcome. St Chad's Church Junior Choir has been singing together since the New Year, joining the Church choir for 9.30 service each Sunday morning. The Choir is led by Richard Wilson. If you enjoy singing and are 6 years old or over , then the Terrific Trebles could be for you! Choir practice is from 4:15 to 5:15 on Wednesdays at St Chad's Church, Otley Road. Sing with the choir on Sunday mornings: Meet in the Choir Vestry at 9:15 for a service that starts at 9:30.
