The session is primarily designed to be fun, the group helps to motivate and an instructor is always at hand to encourage you, check your technique or answer any questions you may have. Those who want to work a little harder are given alternatives so that everyone gets their own work-out. A circuit class takes place after the jog to tone up muscles and this is also great fun !! You should wear a good pair of supportive running shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.
You may want to bring an energy drink or water . The session lasts about one hour and includes mobility, warm up, stretch, work out, warm down and post workout stretch. You can leave your belongings at our base camp where they will be supervised but please do not bring valuables.
