From M4 Junction 11, take the A33 towards Basingstoke. After about 4 miles (at the end of the dual carriageway), take the third exit from the roundabout (signposted Beech Hill, Mortimer).

Follow the road down the hill and turn right just before the hump-back bridge (signposted Stanford End).

Follw the lane until you see a large brick farmhouse on the left hand side. You will see the B & J Dance flags flying.

Turn down the drive and park in the front yard.
