Cycle Touring:

As I see it there are two types:
Commercial organised tours (short and expensive) and independent disorganised tours (long and cheap).
All these rides are the disorganised variety, minimum expenditure, maximum adventure! Camping and living outdoors, experiencing the beauty of the earth without destroying it.
Leaving only footprints........

The Rides:

Australia: Written up for this website. Still working on it!

The Rockies: I've pulled sections out of each chapter of my 'book' hence it jumps around a bit but there is plenty there. There are a few photos and a map of Yellowstone. Go cycle (and live) in Yellowstone for a few days!

Iceland: Written by Axel Pichlmaier, my cycling partner for those interesting 2 weeks in Iceland.

New Zealand: The introduction is there, the rest is on it's way!

Trans-Canada: Not much there yet.
