These would normally be the result of a Specific or General Inspection, and involve AVI representing a customer in the event of a dispute arising from a vehicle repair, or a vehicle fault and the like.
AVI's proprietor, Steve Lee, has had extensive experience of attending Court to represent customers in this way. As a Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry (M.I.M.I), and a Certificated Automotive Engineer (C.A.E), the Courts have usually accepted Steve's opinion, rather than that of an unqualified person. Steve's 10 years Police experience is always favourably looked on by Magistrates and the Courts.
Should a case be won then AVI's costs will be amongst those recovered for the customer, so the representation in Court has then cost nothing.
