THE ROMAN STEPS

Known as the Roman Steps there is some
doubt as to whether these are actually Roman. It is thought that that it might simply be a drover's path. Whatever the truth it is much more enchanting to believe that one is treading the same steps that were once used by Roman soldiers. |
| Regardless of its origins, it is
a pleasant walk on a summer's day and much cooler than down at the
coast.
