FAQ-

What type of properties do you buy?

We buy residential property, houses, bungalows and flats. We are also interested in commercial property such as hotels or rest homes that could be converted into flats.

Do you buy property that requires some work?

Yes, we buy property in any condition. Many of the homes are in need of improvement which is why they are difficult to sell through an estate agent.

How long is your offer valid for?

Our standard offer is valid for 28 days. If after 28 days you decide to go ahead then please contact us, however, we reserve the right to amend the offer.

How quickly can you complete?

Very quickly if that is what you want. It is not possible for us to guarantee a completion date as delays can occur on searches and access to title deeds, which are beyond our control. We can recommend solicitors who act quickly which will speed up the process. Completion within 7 to 14 days is possible.

How quickly do I have to move out?

This can be arranged and agreed to suit your needs. We can exchange contracts to give you the security of a legally binding contract and agree a completion date to coincide with your move or purchase. This would normally be within 3 months.

What if I need to raise finance but don't want to move out?

Provided the value of your home is greater than any money you owe on it then it may be possible for you to sell to us and continue to live in the property as a tenant.

How much will it cost to sell my home?

There is no estate agents commission (unless your property is already listed with an agent, when there may be a fee to pay). We will pay your legal fees whether you use a solicitor recommended by us or your own. In most cases there will be no cost to you.

What price can I expect to get?

Obviously the price offered will be dependent on a number of factors such as size and type of property, condition, location and demand. For a quick cash sale then typically we would seek between a 10% and 20% discount from the price you may eventually obtain through an estate agent.
