PRESERVATIVES & RELATED PRODUCTS

CP2 - PRESERVATIVE No.1
A light preservative for small/medium sized birds and small mammals, Mice, Bats etc., Use also on freshly cleaned skeletal material, in areas where adhesives or fillers may be used. 450g - £3.95 (Bulk packs available)

CP3 - PRESERVATIVE No.2
A stronger preservative made to be used on medium/large birds and small mammals, Weasel, Stoat and also reptiles, use also on Ducks, Pheasant, Geese and Swans etc. 450g - £3.95 (Bulk packs available)

CP4 - CLEANING CRYSTALS
Add to boiling water when cleaning bones and skulls, it makes the removal of flesh rapid. Also use in the washing of skins prior to tanning. 450g - £3.90 (Bulk packs available)

CP7 - ABSORBENT
A must when skinning or scraping fat from skins, improves grip and helps to keep fur and feathers free from grease. 450g - £3.95 (Bulk packs available)

CP8 - DRYING AGENT
A fine powder used in the final stages of drying bird skins, as a "fluffing" agent. Brings out the best in birds plumage. This NEW FORMULA does not contaminate the working area with dust, it gives a lustre to all plumage, including dark coloured birds. 450g - £5.25 (Bulk packs available)

CP9 - FUR CONDITIONER
This product is used in the final stages of drying all fur bearing pelts, prior to rug making or mounting. It improves the look and feel of the finished work. 1500g - £6.95

CP10 - GREASE SOLVE
An excellent fat solvent, aids in the breakdown of fat deposits on skins, particularly useful for Ducks, Geese etc. 120ml - £4.70

CP28 - ANTLER VELVET SOLUTION
Used in the preserving of the antlers of all deer when in velvet. This solution fixes the interior soft fibrous tissue of the antler whilst retaining the exterior velvet. 2l - £5.75

CP29 - SKELETAL BLEACH
Used after cleaning off all flesh to finally bleach skulls & skeletal material for osteological exhibition. 2l - £5.75

CP31 - ALUM
