Based in central Edinburgh, Fierce Films is a Television, Film and Video production company which received the Ross Campbell Enterprise Award for most innovative business in 1997, the year in which the company was established.


Founded by writer Nick Smith and Roslin McPaul, a Royal Television Society award-winning camerawoman, these professional filmmakers are experienced in all forms of media, from radio broadcasting to print journalism.


Fierce Films epitomises creative flexibility. The diverse production portfolio includes; the award winning Lethal Exposure, a hard-hitting documentary concerning British Army veterans suffering from symptoms of Gulf War Syndrome; Space a comedy short for Central Television and a promotional fashion shoot for Pyramis Designs (a colleague of Zandra Rhodes).

Fierce Films have an additional website Lethal Exposure which is based on their documentary concerning British Gulf War Veterans suffering from Gulf War Syndrome. A multimedia presentation of Lethal Exposure hosted at The Global Cafe, London took place on 11th October 1998.
