100 grms Sugar
100 grms Flour
2 Eggs
METHOD
Cream fat sugar until rich and creamy
Gradually mix in the egg with a little flour
Repeat for the second egg
Gently fold in the remaining flour
LARGE SCALE FACTORY RECIPE
40 kgs Butter
40 kgs Sugar
40 kgs Flour
47 kgs whole Egg
1 kg Baking Powder
Glycerine Salt Water
METHOD
Plasticise butter, 1 minute fast
add sugar mix, 2 minutes fast
add egg in 4 stages - 30 seconds slow and then 30 seconds fast
add flour, baking powder mix for 1 minute, 15 seconds fast
