LASAGNE RECIPE - BASIC IDEA

1 onion chopped          1 clove garlic                      100 grms streaky bacon
olive oil for frying        1 can tomatoes                   1 teasp. sugar
mixed herbs                 50 grms Parmesan cheese    500 grms minced beef

SAUCE INGREDIENTS - butter and flour for the roux: milk plus Cheddar cheese
