A NEW COOK CHILL HEALTHY EATING PRODUCT

PASTA – This Is Now Very Popular Indeed in England, Pasta Originated In Italy

 

There are hundreds of different shapes available in the shops. The pasta can be made from white or brown flour. The pasta is made from a wheat called DRUM WHEAT. This is a very hard wheat and contains lots and lots of gluten

These wheat grains are milled to produce SEMOLINA

Then you add Then you also add Plus some vegetable oil.

Other ingredients can be added such as

      Tomatoes

         Spinach

The dough is kneaded for 20 minutes and then rolled, cut or moulded into shapes. Here are some of the names of pasta.
