NOTES OF VIDEO ABOUT MAKING SAUSAGES

The video was about a company called Wicken Fen making a new
type of sausage. 

We saw the test kitchen making and cooking and tasting these new
ideas.

The video then went on to talk about the various stages of manufacture
and packaging which were gone through before the new flavour of sausages
were available on the supermarket shelves. 

The stages can be summarised in a flow chart, or as they are now called a product flow process diagram - sounds a bit posh, but it means the same thing!!
