THE BIKES...
FASCINATING 408 FACT (ACTUALLY, PROBABLY NOT): There's more resin holding together the seat unit than in the average dope dealer's house. SOURCE: TH's head (weird place).
SPECIFICATION
WR408

Info to come from Rucksack, who knows such things.

WR408
Honda CG125 flat-track replica.
2008-on
WR104/WR106
Funked-up C90 supermotos.

2004-on
A few avenues were explored following the demise of WR306RR, including a pitbike (currently awaiting surgical removal from Weeble's butt crack) and a Honda CBR125 write-off. But we settled on putting together a near-standard CG125 to take advantage of rules that allowed two-valve four-stroke 125s.

Sick of having engine mounts repaired and motors rebuilt, keeping a stock lump in its original chassis was the best way forward for us. Rear shocks are new and the TZR front-end is direct from WR306RR.

Early signs are good, but teething troubles with poor running from the engine refuse to go away.

WR306RR
Yamaha TZR125 chassis with tuned Monkey motor.

2006-2007
DID YOU CARE?

Weeble painted WR408 and the green is from the Daewoo car range. Looks nice though.

WR205
Tuned Monkey motor in bendy RD50 frame. Ouch.
