You will enjoy a glorious holiday at our secluded villa located in La Zenia near Torrevieja, Spain.
The three bedroom air conditioned accommodation will sleep 6 people comfortably, and has all modern facilities.
There is a balcony and graveled garden outside the front door, the 2 upstairs bedrooms both have a balcony and
from the bedroom 2 balcony there are steps up to the solarium.
As well as having a private communal swimming pool at the rear of the villa, it is very close to several beaches and golf courses.
The Costa Blanca area in particular is definitely the number one all year around destination for northern Europeans looking for the ideal holiday in the sun.
Torrevieja is situated about 40 minutes south of Alicante airport and stands out for its conversion in recent years into a first-rate tourist
center.
In addition to it's climate which is very dry and regular throughout the year with over 300 sunny days and an average temperature of 18ºC this area offers many attractive characteristics, magnificent beaches, walks, parks, gardens and natural beauty spots, all within east reach of the many real estate developments and residential complexes.
South of Torrevieja is the popular golfing area of Villa Martin with it's fabulous course and facilities, La Zenia is another excellent area with good beaches and many bars and restaurants.
