The First Freedom in the Age of Aquarius is 'The Rule of the People'
The Rule of the People is the freedom of a True Democracy. Where the citizens of a nation rule through their elected government via an Electronic Referendum System. It is the freedom for people to accept or reject government policies, taxes and laws.
Imagine a Trade Union run like our government. Where the membership elect their representatives then this elected group decide amongst themselves what the members will do and what they will not do. Effectively the members have to do as they are told because the elected group has a traditional system whereby they decide and the membership must comply. If the membership complains they are told, "You elected us to govern the membership. Now do as you're told". Is this democracy?
Now imagine a government run more like a Trade Union where the people elect their representatives to form a government on their behalf. The government debates and votes on what they think is the best policy, then the people are asked if they want it or not. Is this a better system of democracy?
With an Electronic Referendum System a government can have the same kind of democracy as a Trade Union where the people have their Governing Vote on all important issues. Since people elect their government then they can elect a government that obeys the Governing Vote of the people.
This is New Age Politics for the People where the elected government becomes the policy makers. These policies are presented to the people, via a new Political Media / National Forum Network, and the people then decide either to accept or reject the policies by logging onto the electronic referendum system with an ERS terminal. Thus the people will become the decision-makers and effectively the rulers of their nation. Hence, the first major freedom in Aquarius is called 'The Rule of the People'.
Old age politics (our current system) is based on selfish, power hungry groups, competing with their political ideologies (mixed with emotional spin and lies) for their turn to rule the people. Theirs is the way of political domination leading to European enslavement, while New Age Politics is the freedom of a True Democracy run for the people and ruled by the people. All of this is possible because we have the technology to link every home to a central referendum system. Then the people will be free to choose their own destiny and their elected government would become, for the first time, the servant of the people.
The public is already used to voting on popular ‘reality' television shows, so when it comes to voting for or against important political issues they are prepared. However, instead of having the inconvenience of going to the polling stations they would be able to vote from the comfort of their own homes using their personal ERS terminals.
We do not have to wait a hundred years before gaining the freedom to rule through our elected government. It can happen at any general election. If the people want this freedom they only have to voice their demand and use their vote wisely.
