The detached house is situated in the centre of Kingsley Village close to local church and village pub. We have Alton to our west & Farnham to the north (6 miles) both having main line trains to London ( Waterloo 40 min)
We offer friendly uncomplicated accommodation with 4 double bedrooms and a self contained Studio unit, all with on site car parking.
(Just off the B3004, 6 miles south of Alton Railway Station, first turning on your right as you pass the church, the house is third in on your left large green hedge fronting house.)

Special rate for longer term stays for Business / contractors
Breakfast is served in the conservatory/kitchen and will be self service and consist of, cereals, toast and jams, croissants, fruit juice tea or coffee. Breakfast is planned for 7.3Oam.- 8.30am. Please advise if you need any special arrangement on your diet or the start time for your food. We will try and accommodate.
All rooms have Broadband Connectivity plus a computer system in guest sitting room for guests to freely use.
Tea / Coffee making facilities, TV, & TOWELS in all rooms. Hair dryer, ironing equipment available. Ample Parking. Relaxing small Village environment with a good local pub providing good food. Great public local golf courses (3 off) and a large natural common /wood area for relaxing walks.
