Situated approximately 300 metres from the shops and restaurants of Hugh Town, 500m from the harbour, where all of the boat trips leave from for the off-Islands, 150m from Porthcressa and 100m from Town beach, Trelawney is in an enviably central location.

Built in 1890 by a team of master craftsmen Trelawney is a large, comfortable Victorian townhouse with high ceilings and large windows allowing plenty of natural light into the rooms.


SELF CATERING FLATS FOR 2010

 During the winter of 2009/10 we will be converting the Guest House into 3 self catering units; 2 flats will have a lounge, kitchen/diner and bedroom, the 3rd will be a studio flat in the attic. All will be fitted out to a high standard, including washer/dryers, microwave, flat screen TVs with freeview and broadband access. The flats will sleep 2 adults each, with a travel cot or 'z-bed' available for 1 child under the age of 14 years if requested. The Studio Flat will accommodate 2 people only.

We intend to have the conversion finished by April 2010 ready for the new season, after which time we will have a full website for the flats completed, including photos and online booking.
