Condition of Tenancy 1. The person making the booking must have reached the statutory age of the majority and accompany the party. 2. The accommodation must not be sub-let and except as may be arranged with the proprietors, only the party booked, and the number there-of, may occupy the flat 3. The flat must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The proprietors reserve the right of access to the flat for checking and maintenance at any time. Every consideration will, of course, be given to the privacy of the tenants. The Proprietors reserve the right to make a claim against breakage, the tenant must pay loss or damage to the premises, its fixtures, fittings and contents and the value of any such claim. Warleggan is a non-smoking establishment. 4. No liability can be accepted for any personal injury, or loss or damage to tenants property and that cover should be secured by the tenants insurance. 5. In the event of the cancellation of a booking every effort will be made to re-let. However, if it is not possible to re-let the flat, the full amount, exactly as if the accommodation had been occupied, can be claimed. Holiday Insurance will cover these eventualities.
