'Warleggan' is a fine granite house and was built around 1875 with the money recovered from the wreck of the liner S.S. Schiller. Now each flat has been named after a famous treasure ship that has foundered on the rocks of the Isles of Scilly: Hollandia, Association, Firebrand, Colossus, Eagle, Schiller, and Romney.
