MILLENNIUM BUG

Bug

Model designed & built by Terry Lee.

Construction:A centre 'box' fuselage made from
1/16" ply, houses engine, tank & radio.

Added to each side is polystyrene foam tapering
down from the fuselage to wingtips at 3/4".
A wood surround to the whole shape helps prevent 'dings'.

Screen Legs are from 'Corex', (the plastic 'corrugated
Cardboard')

Engine is a '60' size, and controls are throttle
and elevons (movement is something like 45o).

It flies quite well but is sluggish on the controls,
although the rudder is very effective, & it glides
'forever'.
